According to me, Smartphone market is going to see the big change in coming days where bezel less display and dual camera setup will rule the world. This was anticipated last year itself and result are being showcased now.
The Japanese handset maker, SHARP launched a new smartphone called AQUOS S2 at an event in China. It shares its design with the first ever bezel-less smartphone, AQUOS Crystal, complete with the thick chin.
The S2 looks like the exact average of a flashy phone in 2017. It has a 5.5-inch 2K screen that wraps around the front camera cutout, and the only real bezel is at the bottom of the display, where there’s room for a home button.
Home button aside, the phone bears a strong resemblance to the Essential Phone, which was really the first to promote this style — even if it isn’t on the market yet.
If you see the device you will notice that SHARP has tried to make the phone look like Andy Rubin's Essential Phone, which has wowed us with its edge-to-edge display recently. From the back, the vertical dual camera setup gives us an idea of iPhone 8 a rumored design. Must Read:8 iPhone & iPad features that will be added with iOS 11
Specification of SHARP AQUOS S2
The newest launch from the brand follows the same aesthetics as the AQUOS Crystal with a modern touch. It boasts of an all metal and glass build with a 5.5-inch Full HD+ (1,080 x 2,040 pixel) display. The screen utilizes Free Form Display technology to achieve small cutouts for the front camera and receiver on the top. The remaining sensors are located on the chin under the glass. On the spec front, there will be two variants of the handset with Snapdragon 630 and Snapdragon 660, sporting 4GB and 6GB RAM respectively. The handset boots Android 7.1 Nougat operating system and flaunts 12MP (f/1.75) + 8MP dual cameras on the rear panel. Other core features include 3.6mm fingerprint scanner (world’s narrowest), 4G VoLTE, USB Type-C and 3,020mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0.

It's unclear which other markets will the AQUOS S2 enter, but for now, Sharp is already taking pre-orders in China. The standard model with Snapdragon 630, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage is priced at 2,499 yuan (about $370), and it comes in black, white, blue or mint green. The premium model due to arrive later is asking for 3,499 yuan (about $520) and packs a Snapdragon 660, 6GB of RAM, 128GB of storage plus the aforementioned "3D" glass back, but it doesn't have the mint green option.

Apple is said to be planning to reduce the reliance of the upcoming version of its smartwatch, likely to be called Apple Watch 3, on iPhones. According to a report in Bloomberg, "Apple Inc. is planning to release a version of its smartwatch later this year that can connect directly to cellular networks, a move designed to reduce the device's reliance on the iPhone, people familiar with the matter said."
With built-in cellular support, the new Apple Watch could make calls, send messages, stream songs, request an Uber, and download info from maps, to name a few functions that currently require your iPhone be close by.
As per the report "Intel Corp. will supply the LTE modems for the new Watch, according to another person familiar with the situation. That’s a big win for the chipmaker, which has been trying for years to get its components into more Apple mobile devices. Qualcomm Inc. has been the main modem supplier for iPhones and other Apple mobile gadgets, but the two companies are embroiled in a bitter legal dispute. Apple added Intel as a modem supplier for some iPhones last year.
Apple is already in talks with carriers in the U.S. and Europe about offering the cellular version, the people added. The carriers supporting the LTE Apple Watch, at least at launch, may be a limited subset of those that carry the iPhone, one of the people said. However, AT&T Inc., Verizon Communications Inc., Sprint Corp. and T-Mobile US Inc. in the U.S. plan to sell the device, according to other people familiar with the matter. The new device could still be delayed beyond 2017 -- indeed, the company had already postponed a cellular-capable smartwatch last year. Apple, Intel and the carriers declined to comment."
According to the Bloomberg report, Apple Watch 3 models with LTE capability are "planned for release by the end of the year."
Apple launched Apple Watch Series 2 in September last year, during the unveiling of iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus smartphones. This year too, the new smart watches may launch alongside the 2018 edition of iPhones in September.
Taking about Apple Watch at the company's recent earnings call, Apple CEO Tim Cook said that the sales of the wearable device were up 50% in the June quarter. He also claimed that Apple Watch is the No. 1 smartwatch in the world by a huge margin.
Apple's new iPhone will feature a smartcamera that can tell what it's looking at, according to leaked code.
Details found in files that were accidentally uploaded to the internet by Apple suggest that it is working on a feature that will be able to tell what is in a scene and adjust the settings to take the best possible image. The code includes references to "scenes", which include Fireworks, Foliage, Pet, BrightStage, Sport, Sky, Snow, and Sunset/Sunrise. It's presumed that the "smartcam" will be able to detect those things using artificial intelligence, and the alter things like the exposure and shutter speed accordingly.
Computational photography is the next stage in camera development – where advanced algorithms take the input of one or more physical camera lens and use it to create an image that looks better than what could be achieved with a raw, unprocessed image. For instance, Google’s highly rated HDR+ for the Pixel takes between two and 10 under-exposed shots and combines them into one photo for brilliant results. Apple’s iPhone 7 Plus combines photos from the two cameras with different focal lengths on the back to create a lossless zoom as well as using depth information to artificially create out-of-focus background or bokeh effects for portrait shots.
For the next version of the iPhone, and possibly for iOS 11 as a whole as it is rolled out to older devices, Rambo found mentions of a SmartCam system, which will likely tune camera settings based on the scene it detects. Previous versions of iOS have included apparently more basic versions of the same thing for automatic exposure. Must Read: iOS 11 beta 4 reveals one of the cool features for iPhone and iPad users
Some of the scenes mentioned include “baby”, “bright stage”, “document”, “fireworks”, “foliage”, “pet”, “sky”, “snow”, “sport”, “sun rise and sunset” and “point light source”.
Apple's iPhones can already spot objects and people in pictures, allowing people to search through them in the Photos app. If a person wants to find all their pictures of dogs, for instance, they can type dog in the search bar found in the corner and then see each of those images.
But the new feature suggests similar features will be making their way into the camera app, and allow the ability to spot objects as pictures of them are taken. That could need the extra processing power and depth sensing features that will come with the iPhone 8, and so might be limited to those phones.
Restart your device, or Force restart your device.
If you are using iCloud, you can go to iCloud.com to check whether your lost contacts are there. Or you can try to turn off iCloud and then login.
If you are using Google contacts or some other email contacts, you can login your email contacts to get back lost contacts. Or re-login your email on your iOS device to retrieve disappeared contacts.
If you have created an iOS backup, you can restore your device with the latest backup to get your lost contacts. Of course, sometimes when you don’t know whether the backup contains contacts, you can use backup viewers to check whether the contacts are backed up to the backup.

Most of the times, you can fix a slow iPhone by simply performing a hard reboot. This helps to fix any issues that your iPhone is facing due to a minor software problem or an unstable app.
Performing a hard reboot is quite easy and simple. Press and hold the Power and Homebutton together for a couple of seconds until your iPhone restarts and the Apple logo appears. At this point, you can release the buttons and let your iPhone boot up as normal. If you’re using an iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus, you have to hold the Power and Volume down buttons instead.
New software updates always come with bug fixes and performance improvements that improve the speed of your iPhone. They also contain security fixes that keep your iPhone more safe. You might be thinking that new iOS updates will slow down your iPhone, but that’s a false belief. These updates usually go through several iterations of beta phases to fix all the known issues and bugs before they are released to the public, so it’s pretty safe to update to the latest firmware.
If you’re iPhone is running slow, then it might be because of software issues or bugs that Apple might have fixed with an update.
Open Settings.
Go to General -> Software Update.
Now update your iPhone to the latest available version of iOS.
3. Enable Reduce Motion
iOS features many fancy animations which might be making your iPhone look like its slow. If you have an old iPhone, then these animations could be causing your device to slow down or lag. Luckily, Apple allows users to disable these fancy animations, so give it a try and see if it improves the speed of your iPhone.
Many apps will cache data such as images and videos so that they load quickly the next time you want to view them. This is a common practice in web browsing apps such as Safari and Google Chrome. Over time, the cached data will pile up to take a considerable amount of space and may slow down your iPhone.
There’s no single button for clearing the cache of all your apps. Instead, you have to go to the settings of each app and clear their cache. For Safari, you can clear cached data by going to Settings > Safari, then tap on Clear History and Data.
Background App Refresh is a nice feature in iOS that allows apps to continue running in the background and process data while you’re using other apps. However, some apps can go rogue and cause performance issues. For example, the Facebook app is very resource intensive and runs a lot of background processes. Such apps could be causing your iPhone to slow down.
You can selectively disable Background App Refresh for certain apps. Here’s how:
Open Settings.
Go to General > Background App Refresh.
Here can view the apps that can run processes in the background. Toggle off the apps that you think are causing performance issues.
Location Services is a resource intensive feature and if many apps have access to your location even while they’re not open, it will cause your iPhone to slow down or lag randomly. Location Services also causes your battery to drain much faster, so you have to be mindful of which apps have access to your location.
Go to Settings.
Tap on Privacy.
Open Location Services.
Here you can manage the apps that can access your location. You can either disable an app from accessing your location, allow it to access only when the app is open, or let it track your location even when in background.
To improve your iPhone’s performance, I’d recommend that you disable location services for as many apps as possible, mainly the ones that you don’t use frequently.
7. Reset your iPhone
As a last resort, if none of the above method fix the problem and your iPhone is still running slow, then there could be an issue with the software itself. Therefore, you should try resetting your iPhone to start afresh.
Before doing this, take a backup using iTunes or iCloud. For best results, we recommend that you don’t restore from an iTunes backup after resetting. Set it up as a new phone and only download necessary apps.
